Donuts
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1½ cups milk
2 eggs
1 cup butter melted & cooled
1 tbsp cinnamon
Coating
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
Preparation
First, Preheat heat oven to 350.
In a large mixing bowl add flour, sugar & baking powder.
Next add in the milk and mix until almost all combined. Then add the eggs until fully combined, and follow with the melted and cooled butter.
Lastly, add in the cinnamon.
Spray the donut pans with cooking spray, and set to the side.
You can do this part with a spoon if you like BUT I feel like it just turns out better when you take the mixture and put it into a pastry bag, then pipe it into each donut section.
Cook in the oven around 10 mins… till they look fluffy and golden, then immediately remove and place on wire rack to dust with the sugar mixture for the coating. Sometimes if they are not hot enough anymore, you may need to melt some butter and brush them beforehand.
Let them cool (or don’t) and Bon Apetit!
