Holiday Gift Baskets 101: Featuring PAPYRUS®

Updated: Sep 16, 2020

This post has been sponsored by Papyrus. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

When it comes to gift giving, I definitely would consider myself to be someone who prides themself on gifting items that mean more to my friends than the quintessential gift card or box of chocolates.

So every year, I curate holiday gift baskets that have sentimental gifts or even trinkets that refer to inside jokes between myself and my group of friends.

This year, I am lucky enough to have my wonderful boyfriend to continue this tradition with!

We decided that we would include gingerbread house kits, their favorite liquor, and one mystery gift wrapped item (a classic board game).

Thanks to both PAPYRUS® and Albertsons, finding everything we needed to fill our gift baskets was SO simple!

I am a HUGE stickler when it comes to the quality of wrapping paper I use. Mostly because I am not the most fantastic at wrapping presents… haha! I can now say that I have wrapped my very first presents without an accidental tear for the first time in my life *High five to me!*

Since we have an Albertsons right down the road from us, going there to grab both the liquor and the wrapping paper was so convenient! I honestly had no idea until this that Albertsons sold wrapping paper! We checked on the mobile app just to make sure that our friends’ favorite alcohol brands were there beforehand, then went straight into the store and easily found both that and the wrapping paper!

I know that my first thought for holiday gift shopping was initially not my local grocery store, but I can definitely say it will be my go-to moving forward!
